21/9/2012 13:27 | Not meant nastily, but hopefully.. But not necessarily - it has still to make a lower high or indeed a lower low, so just as likely to be merely a pullback. But I do want back in at 350-odd (or less...) | imastu pidgitaswell
21/9/2012 13:13 | On the turn? | trademap
14/9/2012 13:42 | Not if you have sold up and are wanting to buy back in lower... | imastu pidgitaswell
14/9/2012 13:34 | Quite a bit of volume today. The share price always seems to go the opposite way to the market, which is a little disappointing today. | trademap
03/9/2012 21:34 | Another intraday high finish. | shammytime
03/9/2012 12:46 | slowly slowly catchy monkey | letsgetbizzay
03/9/2012 07:07 | Finished on intraday high Friday, should see this surge through 400 this week | shammytime
31/8/2012 10:49 | It's an interesting choice - looking like a good decision at about 8.30am (selling CCC over previous few days and buying RIO), less so now. I would normally expect that to be because RIO moved so quickly, but it was in fact CCC. I get the feeling that the market maker types, or even some traders got this wrong, expecting a fall and being wrong-footed. Not unhappy, risk:reward 'n all that - but things change quickly... | imastu pidgitaswell
31/8/2012 10:37 | It was. I'm staying away from miners until next year now. | letsgetbizzay
31/8/2012 10:25 | That was quite a mugging... | imastu pidgitaswell
31/8/2012 09:53 | Pleased with myself that I managed to top up at 355 following my buy late yesterday. Following my financial butchering thanks to ENRC, I've come here to lick my wounds... | letsgetbizzay
31/8/2012 09:22 | good company, good update, must be a technical reaction before shooting back above 400p. | and1
31/8/2012 08:38 | I didn't think there was anything there that I wasn't expecting - looks like we'll get a test of 350 again. Early days, and if I didn't have all my spare money tied up, I'd be buying back some around 350, a previous support and resistance. Maybe by the time the otehr stuff does come good and frees up cash, I can get them lower than 350? Wishful thinking... | imastu pidgitaswell
31/8/2012 07:12 | I must say I'm very impressed with this company's performance. I agree with Bizzay, this could rise sharply to 400p | shammytime
30/8/2012 19:37 | Well, let's not spend our winnings just yet. Share price down 3.3% on the day, so presumably the market isn't expecting to be electrified by the results. On a PFCF of 8.3 at the moment, so hopefully plenty of downside protection. GLA. | blippy2
30/8/2012 15:54 | Great share. We'll see 400p tomorrow | letsgetbizzay
30/8/2012 13:31 | Difficult to say, it's so illiquid - still in uptrend. But there will be some profit takers - me amongst them, against everything I said a couple of months back, as an unexpected opportunity elsewhere has come up, which keeps getting cheaper (i.e. I bought some and in time-honoured fashion, it is still going down...) - after a good run from under 300 in a couple of months. Risk:rewards 'n all that, so reduced here and bought low (and lower, and lower still...) elsewhere. Might well be back if the reaction is bad, long term it is still pretty cheap on all basis of enterprise value (net assets less net cash), earnings multiple and dividend yield. Great share. | imastu pidgitaswell

29/8/2012 20:38 | Results on Friday. Anyone any thoughts on what we can expect? | trademap
24/8/2012 17:19 | I did close some more before the close - only to have cash spare for the basket case that is RIO. I'm sure the theory is ride your winners and close your losers. Being a bit thick, I never could get the hang of trading - if it was cheap when first bought, it's even cheaper at a lower price so worth having more and more expensive at a higher price so shouldn't have as much invested. Or something like that... | imastu pidgitaswell
24/8/2012 16:52 | A nice increase today for you imastu, have been watching and dithering since you mentioned them, and now feel I should dither some more!! It was the bit about not end of year figures that spooked me. They are nearly as volatile as RIO:) Have a good long weekend. | wattene
24/8/2012 13:18 | Still a nice up channel going, after a bit of faffing around at 370-odd which was a support back in March and may have been a resistance (I sold 10%) now. Still holding the rest, so it can't last... | imastu pidgitaswell
14/8/2012 13:17 | The handle is based on my approach to investing and my apparent prediliction for shares that go down - and then down some more after I have bought them... The approach is working a little better these days (e.g. CCC went up when I bought a lot, TW. stopped going down and indeed reversed, ditto TSCO and BP.), but that could just be temporary... :-) | imastu pidgitaswell
14/8/2012 10:53 | Y'know what, I had forgotten all about builders. Had BAR on my watchlist for a while, and see TW are looking much better. xd soon, so maybe good time to buy. Thanks for the tip........ just realised what your handle says:) - think I should use it as well!! | wattene
12/8/2012 16:56 | I do the same thing, most recently with TSCO and BP. - VOD was an option, but it ran away from me recently, don't fancy it so much at current price. Done nicely with TW. in the same vein of swing trading. Holding on to most of the CCC, as I don't see too much else that I follow at particularly attractive prices at the moment. I prefer buying them low... | imastu pidgitaswell |
