09/8/2012 16:06 | It's just very illiquid. It rose same amount yesterday, fell back today. You always get 'jagged' bits on a chart, in. In a week you probably won't remember it or notice it. Mind should, I sold some 10% of mine early on, succumbing to temptation. If it falls back, I'll add them back. I cannot believe that was a factor... | imastu pidgitaswell
09/8/2012 10:42 | What a share - opens up 3p and then drops 10p in 10 mins. Can't find any bad news, and most other stuff is blue. Looks like it is heading for 363. Any views anybody? | wattene
06/8/2012 16:10 | Wot, charts that follow logic? Can't last, can it? | imastu pidgitaswell
30/7/2012 17:14 | Probably just a retest of the 350 level, from which it gapped down last time. All very healthy, as it held well today. | imastu pidgitaswell
30/7/2012 15:48 | MM wanting stock - shake out perhaps? | uhound
30/7/2012 14:20 | Hmmmmm... Why the big drop??? | carradj
28/7/2012 11:34 | Thanks imatsu - appreciate the update, saved me a lot of reading. I only buy shares, so I can't help feeling that it will meet some resistance soon and give me the op to get in. My history usually says I will buy in at the top, and wait 14 months before I am back in profit ie BP!! | wattene
27/7/2012 20:57 | Wattne - looking at its fundamentals, it's hardly defying gravity. Yield, earnings ratios, net cash balances (no debt) the question is more a case of what the hell it was doing priced at 300 or so. A short term growth timing issue is not a reason for a 30 percent price fall when it was already on a single figure earnings ratio. The muppets simply got it wrong with this one. Rose faster than I thought it would, but then it fell a lot further than I thought it would - overloaded with a lot, a hell of a lot, sub 310. I did think it would struggle bit more with 350, but it appears not. Maybe some short closing, maybe just some reappraisal of the medium and long term fundamentals, but as Barry Davies once said, frankly who cares? :-) | imastu pidgitaswell
27/7/2012 16:57 | The share price did go down, look at the chart. Its now on its way back up as people start to realise that ccc are investing in the future. By taking on 700 new staff now the profits may be down this year due to the start up costs but the future looks rosy. Also paying a near 5% dividend. | lucky_lady
27/7/2012 16:30 | I have been watching CCC since the report came out saying they needed to spend more money to get more business and that they probably won't reach their targets. Thinking the share would go down, I was thinking I might buy in, but it defies gravity, and has just carried on rising. What is going on? Anyone any views on where it might retrace? | wattene
23/7/2012 16:31 | Should help highlight what value there is here. Always draws my attention when a share appears to be going against the wider market - will be interesting to see if we end up higher by end of week. | uhound
23/7/2012 13:40 | See? Positivity works, always said so. :-) Nice to have a share that blithely ignores the wider market on the way up, as well as the way down... | imastu pidgitaswell
20/7/2012 16:17 | We really didn't need whoever it was offloading at 2.30, but overall, can't complain on the week. Well I can, but let's be positive, eh? | imastu pidgitaswell
19/7/2012 15:07 | Anyone have a feeling what impact the increase strength of sterling against the euro will have for CCC's european earnings? I'm worried that this could impact figures due to be release in August. | dtaliadoros
19/7/2012 14:12 | Chart starting to look good. Hopefully people starting to realise that investing in the company now might mean lower profits this year, but long term the profits will be significantly higher. That news is already in the price so onwards and upwards from here. 5% divi while we wait. | lucky_lady
19/7/2012 13:53 | Continuing to progress quietly - so reaction to statement confirmed as positive. A little way further before a leap into the open field - just hope there's not a cowpat waiting... | imastu pidgitaswell

17/7/2012 17:01 | aye, received well then [hold] :) | jon827
17/7/2012 16:56 | All good - but needs to get past 325, then free ride to 350 (yeah, right...): | imastu pidgitaswell
17/7/2012 09:35 | Hold.... :-) | imastu pidgitaswell
17/7/2012 09:29 | that all sounded highly technical imastu, what does it mean? :) | jon827 |
