Publication of Final Terms under GBP4,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (EMTN Programme)

Compass Group PLC (the Company) has published the following Final Terms under the EMTN Programme maintained by the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Compass Group International B.V. (CGI BV):

Final Terms dated 21 June 2017 in respect of an issue of GBP300,000,000 2.000 per cent. Notes due 2029 issued by the Company (the Sterling Notes).

Final Terms dated 21 June 2017 in respect of an issue of EUR750,000,000 0.625 per cent. Notes due 2024 issued by CGI BV and guaranteed by the Company (the Euro Notes and together with the Sterling Notes, the Notes)

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 31 May 2017, including all documents incorporated by reference (the Prospectus), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC, as amended. Full information on the Company, CGI BV and in respect of the Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of the Notes.
