05/3/2008 23:07 | Great day, chart looks well set up to go alot higher, expect to challenge the high around 375-380 in the longer term. Technically we may get a pull back to 340 or a little lower before a run to next resistance level of 356. With some luck there'll be no pull back, but usually there is. So far going to plan, all will be out the window if US has issues, but it's held up well so far. Fingers crossed. | cobweb | |

01/1/2008 19:07 | The world's largest contract caterer operates in some 90 countries. It also runs coffee shops, vending machines and bakery outlets and is a top pick from Charles Stanley. Compass is beginning a new phase of sustainable value creation i.e. organic revenue growth, improving profit margin and generating significant cash flow. Given that Compass operates in the foodservice market under long-term contracts, it has a high degree of visibility over its earnings stream. The shares offer a reasonable dividend yield and hopefully, Compass will continue to beat market expectations. Apart from profit growth, the £1bn share buyback will also drive earnings growth of about 23% in 2008, according to experts. MS BROKERS.....31/12/07 | 499budgie |
