09/12/2016 11:13 | sphere25 - you periodically turn up here to trash Blundell and CMS. You've never been a shareholder here and it quite clear that you are unlikely to be one in the future. If CMS is not for you why don't you focus your time and attention instead in a more constructive and positive way on stocks that you do rate and where you are either invested or considering an investment. Turning up here to trash the stock and to arrogantly berate investors with your "superior insight" just says more about you than it does about them. The shareprice performance has been disappointing over the past couple of years for various reasons but that does not undermine future value metrics. As an individual shareholder I first invested here in January 2010 @15.1p and have added since and also taken some profits along the way. My cost price on this stock is below 30p and I have also collected 12.5p per share in dividends since becoming a shareholder here. While everyone would like to see stellar results from each stock that they own the reality is that investing is often a game of patience unless one is just a trader. I'm perfectly relaxed with my current shareholding here which is well into profit, the profits that I have already taken in the past and the dividends that I have collected. I view the future prospects here with optimism and while waiting for the shareprice to respond positively I am happy with my annual yield here which is now in excess of 7.5%. | masurenguy
07/12/2016 19:48 | I was a holder 3 or 4 years ago and did very well with CMS back then. Like most of you as well I would imagine, I always like to keep an eye on a previous holding for other bite somewhere down the road should the opportunity arise. But I must confess, this is the only company (I've probably ever owned about 30 or so) that I have been reluctant to get back into. I honestly can't put my finger on it, but something is missing here. And it's definitely not the very astute fellow posters I have just been reading in the previous posts. So Morph is still on the sidelines for the time being, and I'll keep a close eye on all developments. GL all | morph7

07/12/2016 16:13 | RNS Number : 2336R Communisis PLC 07 December 2016 Confirmation of Reduction of Capital Exercise The Company is pleased to confirm that it has today received the confirmation of the High Court in London approving a reduction of the Company's capital ("Capital Reduction"), following receipt of shareholder approval at the general meeting on 9 November 2016. The completion of the Capital Reduction has resulted in an increase in the distributable reserves of the Company of approximately £22.5m from the Company's merger reserve, capital redemption reserve and share premium account. The increase in the Company's distributable reserves will support future dividend payments. | masurenguy
07/12/2016 10:09 | Edmundshaw yes agree however it's not good that no one is really happy other than the one person who inexplicably has praise for zip explanation that one looks like a human resources plant to me lol.I watched the recent presentation on YouTube and was left very unimpressed. I guess they can try and bury the print business for the foreseeable immediate future so long as they can buy digital bolt ons with equity. However these all goodwill asset poor listed companies have a long track record of unpleasant outcomes for shareholders. | my retirement fund
07/12/2016 09:53 | MRF, that guy was there for only 3 months, and it was back in 2014. Nevertheless, not good. Other reviews are mixed, and there are always two sides to each story... people like to believe any failings are someone else's fault, so risky to make conclusions fromsuch reports. Still, my wild guess would be that the IT side is less well managed because management is not highly IT-literate. In IT, managers often think the easy things are hard and the hard things are easy. And everyone always wants training. | edmundshaw
07/12/2016 07:04 | I always knew you were "The King of Cool" even when it comes to writing headers for bulletin boards. | battlebus2

06/12/2016 18:37 | This getting like the gathering of the long term ADVFN subscribers.Am sure you are lurking JTCod and pleased to see returning investors, assuming you are still invested here. This is one share that does print some very solid and predictable rounded bottom reversals / bowls .. whatever term you choose. It usually also gives you plenty of time to get long in it before making its rapid move upwards.Irrespective of whether I am invested or not at any one time, it has always remained on my monitor because of this propensity. The BOT trading on SETS seems to round more 'curvily' than any MM stock | mattjos
