Grant of options On 30 April 2007 the Company's Remuneration Committee granted options over 45,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Share") to certain directors under an unapproved share option scheme (the "Unapproved Scheme") and to certain employees and traders under a separate unapproved share option scheme (the " Traders Unapproved scheme"). The options under these schemes are exercisable from the third anniversary of the date of grant at par (0.1p per new Ordinary Share). In the event of a takeover the vesting period is brought forward. One third of the Traders Options may be exercised on Completion of a takeover with the balance exercisable over the remainder of the original ten year period.
