SEA secures contracts to supply traffic enforcement systems to TfL

Cohort, the independent technology group, is pleased to announce that its subsidiary SEA has been awarded contracts by Transport for London (TfL) to further develop and provide ongoing support of its Digital Traffic Enforcement System (DTES) and to develop and support a Parking Enforcement Solution (PES) mobile application.

The combined orders are valued at approximately GBP7m and include 10 years' of support for both systems. SEA originally developed the DTES system on behalf of TfL. DTES entered into service in 2009 and SEA has provided support over the entire period.

Andy Thomis, Chief Executive of Cohort, said:

Cohort was admitted to London's Alternative Investment Market in March 2006. It has its headquarters in Berkshire and employs in total around 800 core staff there and at its other operating company sites in Bristol, Cambridgeshire, Devon, Lincolnshire, Somerset, Surrey, Scotland and Portugal.
