Notice of General Meeting
Posting of 2015 Annual Report and Accounts
Cogenpower, the AIM-quoted low-carbon technology energy business, announces that, further to the Company's announcement dated 6 June 2016, a general meeting of the Company ("GM") will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 8 July 2016 at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, 3 St Helen's Place, London, EC3A 6AB. A copy of the notice of GM and proxy form will be available shortly on the Company's website (www.cogenpower.co.uk) and both documents have been posted to shareholders of the Company today.
Further to the above the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015, together with the Director's Report and Auditors' Report thereon (together the "2015 Annual Report and Accounts"), were published and posted today to shareholders. An electronic copy of the 2015 Annual Report and Accounts will be available shortly on the Company's website (www.cogenpower.co.uk). The 2015 Annual Report and Accounts have been tabled for consideration at the GM.
