28/7/2007 19:18 | You are right, the directors dont waste money for no reason. The only reason they bought shares outside the market was to give the company extra funds to survive the liquidation and also to give them a much larger stake Now they have a clean shell company , Value? quite a lot if you can control the outcome!! Sit tight and await events, might be 5 months & 30days ,but you are locked in so it excludes those that may want to join in,they will have to pay a much higher price later good luck. B. | 25wbh

27/7/2007 19:53 | I do not hold but at times i can see around corners | 25wbh
27/7/2007 19:44 | You two dont really get it do you. 1.There will be a clean "shell company " left 2.The directors dont buy shares to get more back from a company going into liquidation unless everyone will benefit 3 The chairman,Keith Young,is more than capable of reversing a company into the left over company ,to the benefit of all. 4 Just thank your lucky stars that it was not a compulsory liquidation 5 Stop whinging and as they "chill out",and wait for the next announcement | 25wbh
27/7/2007 15:29 | No one is interested in their 'assets' and the Directors are only interested in their 'asses'. There is nothing left. | isis
27/7/2007 15:15 | isis, they can realise assets though, i.e. sell off the TDI software developed as a whole to someone, i.e. not just sell the right to use it & develop it yourself! As for them buying more shares, it makes perfect sense, you own a greater percentage of the company at the expense of the existing shareholders, bought at minimal cost to youself after announcement of the MVL, expecting to realise more upon disposal of the assets of the company as they are returned to the shareholders. And under stock exchange rules, there is no stigma attached to the directors of the company liquidated unlike a compulsory liquidation! | spacealien68
27/7/2007 15:05 | They've appointed Liquidators and can't sell any TDI products - It seems some on here are in Dreamland. The share buying still does'nt make sense but they had their reasons, in anycase they got the money back in pay! | isis
27/7/2007 15:01 | dont be so sure , they would not have bought more shares if that was the case, i think you will all see better days | 25wbh
27/7/2007 13:59 | They seem to have used the last of the funds to pay themselves off for loss of office - how convenient! Smartlogik did a similar trick. | isis
27/7/2007 13:45 | That looks like the end I'm afraid. My comiserations, not having a brilliant year myself thus far. | isis
27/7/2007 12:28 | A perfect lesson on how to destroy a company, your own reputation and all shareholders value....well done board!!!! | joss8

26/7/2007 18:40 | More sells easily absorbed today! IMO an excellent sign that some big gains are just round the corner! | chancer6
26/7/2007 09:01 | Morning all. All a bit quiet at the moment. No trades unless they are being delayed by the usual hour in which case they might start showing up shortly. Hopefully by the end of the day there might be a bit more blue on the screen. | canny lass |
