Cygnus gas field is situated within UK Continental Shelf blocks 44/12a and 44/11a in 23m of water. The field is operated by GDF Suez, which also owns a 38.75% stake. Centrica has a 48.75% interest and Bayerngas holds the remaining 12.5%. Bayerngas acquired its interest from Endeavour in August 2010.

The Cygnus field is the sixth largest gas field in the southern North Sea and the largest to be discovered in the last 25 years within the Southern Gas Basin.

Have a read of this and tell me 15p is pie in the sky, this is an upside of 1.2 TCf remind me what we have again? And look at the partners involved for this amount of gas, and one of the largest finds to date! I have to laugh when fools come in here and question my knowledge!

Reserves at the Cygnus discovery
Preliminary estimates had showed that it may have reserves of two trillion cubic feet of gas, with around 500 billion cubic feet (bcf) of gas in the eastern region alone. Gross proven and probable reserves of the field are now estimated to be 63.5bcf (18 billion cubic metres).

The Key word may have 2 trillion, we have proven more than that already, so expect news soon!

Taken 500k today with average of 3.63. Happy with my holding will top up once 4.8p is broken. Visit. Difficult to buy volume. But think this will do a MATD style rise given the fundamentals. 0 debt. And farmout with the multinationals coming. Patience needed and I feel it is finding the right level which I believe should be around the 6-7p mark. No rush as all of my stocks are paid for. Have a great weekend

I did that in late September, maple out and bought back holdin over 755,000 shares here, I know others hold more but I am happy with that amount!

People jump in and out of shares, I used to do that all the time, but have gone back to building! So don't have the time nowadays! Can't blame people for taking profits, but the trick is to buy low so you always look at a profit!

Nice to see the board so lively! Good luck guys, I have shares held for a friend here, only £500 worth, he said sell them at 11p but I will just pay him his profit and keep his shares! That's confidence, I am in no hurry, I can sit this one out! It won't be long before we are drilling!
