Great minds think a like, my trade was the first to show, I was just catching up with all the posts on LSE board and see you sold up completely, can't blame you fella, I sold the I first lot which was 50,000 shares this morning the first trade to show up, it was a struggle to sell at first like you just said, I think what happened you saw 100's of thousands go through and followed me not realising it was me selling lmao, at least you had the foresight to sell, I didn't want to sit on these with a issue looming as this company only has enough to year end, and we are almost there! I am off to Mexico on the 9th for 2 weeks I will guage what is happening with this before I leave, but as I said I am hiding over 250,000 shares here for free now! Catch you later fell just hit in from work, busy busy busy!

Anley, I have to admit I sold 500,000 shares this morning couldn't watch my profit just dissapear, so now hold 255,000 shares for free here, I then out a buy order in for 500,000 shares at 3.5p and the price fell! But it didn't pick my order up so I will put a lower one in tomorrow, I also thought this would fall back on anticipation of RNS, I would like to buy at the bottom again but where is that? I have been trading this a little as well only on small amounts 100,000 shares here and there! I watched them put my sells through as buys this morning, at first they didn't want to buy them, then I could sell what ever I liked which was a relief! Will buy back in but closer to Xmas, I feel there will be another fund raising before then!

The price has driffited to under 4p and there has been quite a turnover in share trading.............it is just what I thought would happen.

Yes but it has been working for sound energy! Twitter etc seems to be pumping the share price, how the company can get away with that is beyond me, but we have dinosaurs running this company, not saying that's a bad thing, just it would be helpful if they used modern technology to help a share price, let's face it, companies on AIM need all the help they can get!

I don't think the market lacks trust in Mr Cluff, I believe it's more a matter of proof. It simply needs Halliburton based on the MOU or another interested party to agree to drill a hole which will affect the price followed hopefully by positive flow tests to confirm the original analysis.Mr Cluff is very well known for commenting only when he really has something to say. It makes sense, a lot of companies who issue lots of press releases and RNS providing too much yakety yak, use the publicity machine to push themselves when there is often little progress.

Its coming here and you can buy solar tiles but this guy has it all buttoned up and if I was building my house again I would use them but still have a petrol car.

Back to CLNR......its the market which does not trust what Mr Cluff thinks he has so its up to the board to prove everyone wrong - then sell up and retire..........

It feels and looks as though the MM are shaking out the weak holders. Looking at the CLNR website there are 3 brokers who are buying and selling on behalf of the small punter so I will stick to what I think and that until there is firm news the price could drift.

Allenby Capital the joint broker thinks that the business has enough cash until December (YEAR END). But in 2017 and should drilling commence then the cash needs could be about £8m+.

They go on to say that the valuation of Cluff's current assets are about £37m but assuming the free carry financing for the Southern North Sea assets and direct equity financing for the Parkmead projects the risked valuation drops to £27m.

That implies a value of about 12p per share BUT what will be the discount if there is a share issue - 5/6p per share - can you see the brokers V Mr Cluff battling around the table to do a deal!!!!

So when does this all happen - my view is news in November - some more in December and then the year end figures should by then disclose just what the future is going to be - say February 2017..............that is why the shares could drift in the meantime.

That is how I see things at the moment..............

Totally agree with CFd's also people will have stock they have borrowed and need to pay for, so they will be closing there positions, to try and buy back again, it's all well and good doing T20's etc, but if you are relying on them rising and not paying for them then you are in trouble!
