ClearStar (AIM: CLSU and CLST), the technology and service provider to the background check industry, announces that on 6 June 2017, Andre Schnabl, Non-executive Director and a PDMR of the Company, purchased 22,000 ordinary shares of $0.0001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr. Schnabl holds 67,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
