KNIGEL - Not known a SAG to win since 1998, apart from Bank Sector. Sorry about that.

The company is still trading - not dead yet.. I hope the SAG gets answers like why did the Nomad resign? Were has all the cash gone? Surely if all spent on R&D there should be a ready product by now.

dudishes,

So that people can discuss the ongoing efforts by the company to relist.

Other threads have been trashed so an attempt to allow decent discussion, nothing more.

Nod,

Yes one of the main problems is the fact they lost first mover advantage, the two ladies that live opposite me have had their fitness devices for ages.

I think they have missed the boat personally, although the weight loss program looks good, if they can get it working.

OK Rogthepodge and andyhooley are gone.

Please just discuss CTAG and not engage in personal attacks.

Fitbit continues to release new more advanced products, some of which target the weight loss market. Their shares though have lost 90% on investor concerns the market is saturated and buyers have lost interest in these gadgets. When CTAG came to market in March 2013 they were looking at a product release in early 2014.

Sorry Just realised this is the new thread - good luck. Resolution 5 - how would you vote? Isn't this a standard common resolution which perhaps has added significant due to company now being private? I probably would go with the majority view if a shareholder..

Bit late setting up a new account to post on a delisted share...
Why are some so interested were everyone are trading.. I reckon over half of all posts now on Advfn are directed at other posters and not about the company..
As for CTAG - the EGM looks like a maker or breaker

@4 Well andyhooley, can't speak for Nod but I'm guessing, like me, he's here because he loves the AIM frauds. They are so entertaining.

@5 You would have to be a complete mug to have owned shares in this POS.

Nod,

Yes it will be interesting to see what's on offer.

The main problem will be dilution, as it will surely be at around 1por less?

IMO, they must have a working prototype, it's essential, before any new money is raised.

I would like to see what ABH offers investors.I would also like to know if an investor can sell shares. There's no point buying more if you can't sell them.
