19/2/2016 19:06 | Cleardebt proposes a MVL, with the sale of the IVA book on the 29th of January the company is to be wound up. To speed up a return of 1p per share David Mond will lend the co £500k and a new entity Cactus Group LTD a dormant co will take over the remaining assets of Abacas and will also be lent £500k by David Mond for working capital purposes. Can't win them all but glad to get some sort of return, before the 5th of April. | battlebus2
21/5/2015 16:22 | Thanks S.J. thankfully not Cleardebt.. | battlebus2
21/5/2015 13:54 | BB2 for info - at first I thought Clear View was Clear Debt - it's been a while since I was invested here. Looks like competitors so a plus for Clear Debt but the bad press isn't good news I assume | sailing john
23/11/2014 10:40 | Results out for the year ending 30th June 2014. I'm still optimistic we can see a return on these at some point. Highlights. 12/8/2013 14:34 | Hi, what are the options after the de listing if you still hold shares in CLEA? | una
10/4/2013 08:47 | Not a holder but watching with interest what happens to the company and shareprice....good luck to all holder still holding. I have noticed the 2% commission to trade these shares and the minimum commission of £49 albeit reduced temporary to £39...thought a bit excessive.. | edward3
09/4/2013 18:24 | GF - Agreed - I was trying to buy several million but was a little greedy in setting prices. As my remaining holding was fairly insignificant I have exited to take the capital loss rather than leave it tied up. I think these will soon be back over 1p - My plan was to offer my holdings to DM. I thought the tone of recent results was very downbeat given the cash value of existing IVAs/DMPs. Perhaps a little downsizing to continue the business or an outright sale of the assets which are worth considerably more than the MC. Either way you should do well BB2 - I hope this is another Spectrum 5 bagger for you Best wishes SJ | sailing john
09/4/2013 15:59 | Well I'm still a holder. Frankly I expected to get more shares at lower prices. But then again I expected buying at higher prices too (to cover short positions, to buy at bargain prices etc.etc.) I've still got a good feeling about this one and really believe the ones with courage (or stupidity) enough will be nicely rewarded in the end. To the future! Cheers! | greedfear
01/4/2013 13:42 | It is certainly a high risk and you need to be able to leave your funds for several years and even then may have trouble selling so as you say NOT for the faint hearted. Before the delisting news these traded at five times todays price which in my book makes them cheap, chances of consolidation in this sector are very high imv dyor etc. | battlebus2
01/4/2013 13:06 | It is, hence the share price Listed or delisted, it's still the same company. | greedfear
29/3/2013 23:16 | this is very risky. | moneymachine2
27/3/2013 12:08 | As expected, delisting gooing through. Still looking for some sellers...so I can add. | greedfear
18/3/2013 12:31 | Looks like a few more see value with the buys this morning. | battlebus2
18/3/2013 10:28 | Trying to put buyers off by widening the spread but still cheap at 0.03p imv. Market cap 770k books and business worth?? | battlebus2
17/3/2013 19:06 | Not for everyone but i'll take a chance with it. | battlebus2 |
