                      ("Clear Leisure", or "the Company") 
 
                                 NOMAD UPDATE 
 
As previously disclosed the Company's Nominated Adviser will no longer be 
authorised as at 7am 19 October 2017. At that point the Company's shares will 
be suspended from trading on AIM, pursuant to AIM Rule 1. 
 
If the Company does not then appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser within one 
month of suspension (by 20 November 2017), admission of the Company's shares to 
trading on AIM will be cancelled. 
 
The Company's board are continuing with its efforts to secure a new Nominated 
Adviser and it is currently in discussions with a replacement nominated 
adviser.
