All loans except one are due to be re-negotiated by end of month.

thinking by myself:

We get a loan on 3rd Feb only for Euro 60K to last 8 weeks they did not ask for more but on just last week they ask for and get Euro 100K for only 2 weeks?


If this was to keep lights on etc then early Feb would have got 100K but BOD obviously only wanted 60K but for some reason need a quick 100K it is almost like a bridging loan

Now here is a thought.

We are all aware we don't have billions of shares and Professor has resisted as far as possible issuing more shares, he had the placing last September and it did seem strange at the time that Warrants were only exercisable within 6 months.

Maybe just maybe the Professor does not want Warrants to be exercised as he and the BOD are so close to an asset sale or court or legal settlement that the less shares in issue the more money available for the long mentioned dividend of 2p

Only 289,701,653 shares in issue

Eufingest has 27.18% or about 78,740,909

Luke Johnson has 8.63% which is 25,000,000

TMS-EKAB SRL (Private Italian Company) has 3.8% or about 11,008,663

Professor has 1.76% or about 5,098,749

All of the above between them own about 119,848,321 or 41.37%. I am not implying they are working together only that they are all Long Term Shareholders.

Now we all know that AIM does not always accurately record Buys / Sells due to the spread and only last Friday a Trade of 1,650,000 went through as a Sell and it was actually a Buy. Interestingly towards the close there were no large sells.

Over the past 4 weeks I have been keeping my own records for Buys / Sells

On Friday Market said Buys 2,405,750 Verses Sells 2,645,910 when in actual fact I calculate it as Buys 4,698,777 Verses Sells 352,883

My totals for past 4 weeks Buys 7,818,964 Verses Sells 3,343,629.

We all know the Professor and BOD have not issued Billions of shares to fund Debt-Buy Back and he has been utilizing cheap 2.5% Loans from our Major Shareholder and long time benefactor Eufingest. Eventually we will receive the RNS that we have been asking for and all Shareholders will be rewarded for their loyalty and patience.

If BOD give us an RNS at 7am then we will hopefully get the Warrants away.

22,222,222 at 1.5p gives BOD £333,333 and this would help with all the Legal Firms and recovering 'lost assets' and getting redress for all Shareholders.

the trouble with this share though it has 10 bagged a couple of times in the past but it always ends up getting trashed again...will this time be any different? will it be best to sell when it 10 bags or wait for even bigger returns? personally if it 10 bags i will sell half my holding and let the other half ride

What is about to Happen?

I posted on 28/11/16 that a Company was set-up on 22/02/16 by A Villa called ‘Pay My Time Ltd’ with fully paid-up capital of USA $ 30 Million.

Most of the shares were initially held by a Cristina Uccelli who stays with / or shares the same private address in Lugano with A Villa (just 27.7km from Eufingest)

Later shares were transferred to Mount Street Gardens Holdings (company set-up by A Vila on 8/07/16 and all their shares are held by Cristina Uccelli. Between Cristina Uccelli & A Villa they control 78.62% and the remaining shareholders are either Swiss or have a Swiss connection.

You may recall that I found an anomaly with one of our companies called Brainspark Associates and I spoke with BOD, PR & Auditors and amended accounts were filled at Companies House.

Who audited our accounts? Wellbeck Associates and who are ‘Pay My Time’ Auditors? Wellbeck Associates.

Now I have no way of knowing if this company has anything to do with our new company set up earlier this month called Clear Leisure 2017 Ltd or if this company ‘Pay My Time’ is the vehicle to purchase our main asset Mediapolis but it could be significant, time will tell.

daica,it depends of what is disposed....Geosim would probably worth 0.5p.....mediapolis above 8p worth .....sipiem between 3 to 5p...all imo.Any court case settlement....who knows....Pass 1.5p and warrants will be excercised.that will tell the hole story coming up,imo....
