I haven't checked them and don't intend to. Once the company releases an RNS I'll believe what they say, not some ramping poster peddling tales of company meetings.

£1,876,000 Improvement that we know of:

Since the BOD announced our Interim Results on 30th June we have had some positive announcements that have greatly strengthened our Balance Sheet.

4/08/16 £150K proceeds from share placing at 0.5p

4/08/16 £165K of a Eufingest Loan converted to Shares at 0.75p

14/09/16 £200K proceeds from share placing on 14/09/16 at 0.9p

23/09/16 Debt buy-back of Euro 1.3 million at a 76% discount, BOD says this is about a pro-rata improvement of £690K in consolidated balance sheet.

30/12/16 Euro 6.9 million Bond had the interest reduced from 7% to 1% resulting in a saving of about £671K

When you add all this up we come to approximately £1,876,000 which all comes to improve our overall balance sheet.

RKB - when you get the chance - can you ask the Professor if he can organise a special rate/preferred access for shareholders to the Sardinian villas.I suspect there is already a nice deal available for CLP directors (past and present) so it is only fair to open that offer to shareholders too.
