True they don't but the whole purpose of this is to force them to issue positive news that they are holding back.

The anomaly is purley an accounting error that will have no impact on the balance sheet, but as Auditors are looking at it they have a duty to disclose to Market what they find.

In one week I report the company to LSE & FCA and then we will see what happens

Accounts Anomaly

Well it has been over 3 weeks since the BOD were informed that there was an anomaly in the accounts of one of their 100% owned companies i.e. Brainspark Associates Ltd

What are the principal activities of Brainspark Associates Ltd?

“The principal activity of the company continued to be that of an intermediate investment holding company”.

I am not a qualified accountant, I am a retired Financial Advisor and looking at only one part of the accounts, the part where it said for this wholly owned subsidiary company that the Shareholders Funds in the 2014 accounts said negative Euro 21,046,937 but when they produce the 2015 accounts they state the 2014 Shareholders’ funds as negative Euro 12,721,448.

It does not need an Einstein or a Professor Stephen Hawking to work out that in 2014 there appears to have been an improvement in Total Equity of Euro 8,325,489.

This “Holding Company” appears on paper to be disguising Euro 12,721,448.

When will the BOD inform the owners of the company (that is us the Shareholders) what the Auditors have been doing over the past three weeks?

If this anomaly was a little arithmetic error, which we are all prone to do every now and then, was just that, (an arithmetic error) then three weeks, is a very long time for the Auditors to inform the BOD of that.
