Hi Flojo,

Well yes if both my small buys can push it up I am not surprised.

The last director buy was in July ...

"The Board of the Company was informed on 3 July 2009 that William Moncrieff, a director of the Company, bought shares in the Company as follows:-

Date of purchase Price per Number of Total number of Percentage of
share shares shares held issued share
subsequent to the capital held
purchase

3 July 2009 8p 120,000 700,143 2.42%"

Another £5k and he can own 3% ... must be interesting to him now :)

A few charts in the header would be good.

Don't hold myself.

Currently valued at £7.4m but with a horrendous spread at 28-33p.
Further growth should have a significant affect on the bottom line and could see activity in the share increase along with a closing of the spread.

Any holders out there?

Trading continues in line with the Board's expectations.

Outlook

The Board intends that recruitment of advisers continue as the basic plan for
growth, enhanced by the improvements made in existing advisers taking further
advantage of opportunities available to them.

The Board continues to believe that the company is well placed to take
advantage of market conditions during 2007 and grow the business further. The
importance of IFA distribution is gradually being recognised by the product
providers and the market in general.
