|linhur: More like there is a fund raising in the offing.
Strange how this time last year they were motoring along with a target profit for 2011 of £2.3m and share price forecasts between 45-55p.
Perhaps it is time for a change of chairman. When the New Zealander was the head man there was always some news and a buzz around the place. Now nothing.
|stegrego: Arbuthnot maintained its "strong buy" stance and 55p target price for the consumer-focused technology solutions provider Clarity Commerce Solutions (CCS). The broker notes the positive share price movement from peer group K3 Business Technology* following the release of its final results earlier in the week. In light of this, Arbuthnot views this as a good read across for Clarity Commerce which also has had a strong pipeline of opportunities for its suite of ClarityLive software product, some of which was flagged at the trading update on 31st August. Unlike many in the sub-sector, the group has net cash on its balance sheet and as such, the broker believes the business deserves to stand at a significant premium to its peers. The shares finished flat at 42p.|
|this_is_me: Will we get another jump in the share price in th4e run up to the interims?|
|gidaye: To register your support for the group, who are effectively behind te recent share price move, that are looking to remove the underperforming CEO, Graham York, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Board is confident that Clarity's more efficient operational cost base will
be accompanied by ongoing business wins across all sectors, fuelling profit
growth. With increasingly mature software and a more centralised business, we
are entering the next phase of our growth, focused more on sales and market
Clarity's trading pattern is normally weighted towards the second half of the
financial year. This year, that effect is more pronounced than normal, with many
orders scheduled for the second six months. Taking this into account, and in
view of our promising sales pipeline, the Clarity Board remains confident of
achieving market forecasts for the full year.
I do expect the results to be good and that they will say that progress has been maintained. My disappointment is in the drift down of the share price for no reason that I can see; something that can happen with small companies.|
|this_is_me: Nice to see a reasonably large director buy. It certainly seemed to help the share price!|
|this_is_me: Yes completely unknown by the majority, some day word will start to get around and the share price will take off. I have held them for well over a year already - at least that means that I will not pay as much CGT when I do sell.|
Their Broker Williams de Broe were looking for doubled pretax of 800,000 stg. If you don't meet expections as a growth company you get hit for six by the City.
May have lots of potential but they ain't delivered its as simple as that.
Share price now reflects the reality, so don't expect any fireworks on this one for the next 12 months.|
