AGM
COLG announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy will be posted to shareholders today. The Annual General Meeting has been convened for 9.00 am on 30 September 2016 at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau, 60 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0HR.
The annual report and accounts for the year to 31 March 2016 will be posted to shareholders later in September. A separate general meeting will be held in due course for shareholders to receive the annual report and accounts and reappoint the auditors.
