think he means cash and nav. Redd not sure how you can say that, CITE is a young co and it's hardly a profit warning. Indeed the shares hardly fell until a forced seller sold a chunk - won't see the sale untill possibly 3-5 days. If you look at the trades from the big markdown then plenty bought hence the move back. I'm not sure someone did sell myself, i think the marketmakers dropped the stock to 'create a market' as no shares had been traded. Would expect bargain hunters to be back tomorrow.

bigbobjoylove, how is the cash of $2.3m (£1.1m) worth more than the mkt cap currently £3.16m?

Things are far from well here...................

"LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Citel PLC said it is unlikely to achieve market
forecasts for the full year ending March 31, 2008, as it remains difficult to
predict the timing of the benefits of its selling efforts.
The VoIP company added it expects a 23 pct rise in revenues to 2.64 mln usd
for the half year to Sept 30, 2007, up from 2.15 mln usd a year earlier.
The company said sales of its key TVA product have shown strong growth and
now represent about a quarter of total turnover.
Citel said as at Sept 30, it had 2.3 mln usd cash which, together with
credit facilities and reduced cost levels, should support the current business
plan through to profitability.
Interim CEO Jose David added, "Our strategy to focus on direct selling and
tier 2/3 carriers is driving more immediate revenues and progress has been
encouraging. We remain confident in the strength of Citel's market position."

Bidding over the offer for stock so looks like the block found a home, yes a forced seller so should bounce. Would expect to settle around 22p-24p.

Expecting to see a big delayed sell later - bought a few for the bounce - fall way overdone IMHO.

Cash = $2m.

Facilities to achieve profitability.....
