Circassia Announces Non-Executive Director Retirements
Oxford, UK - 25 April 2017: Circassia Pharmaceuticals plc ("Circassia" or "the Company"; LSE: CIR) today announces the retirement of Non-Executive Directors Charles Swingland and Dr Tim Corn from its Board. Both have informed the Company that after serving for more than 10 years they will remain on the Board until the Company's Annual General Meeting on 26 May 2017, at which they will not seek re-election.
Dr Francesco Granata, Circassia's Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Board and the wider Company, I would like to thank both Charles and Tim for their significant contributions to the development of Circassia over the last 10 years. They have brought great experience and wisdom to the role, and their advice and counsel has been highly valued. Both the Board and Company will miss their valuable input and we wish them well."
