Paps, whether a 'believer' or a 'disbeliever' illiquidity will always take its toll because liquidity gives you options. Years ago I backed the wrong company but it was still liquid and I was able to sell and recover very quickly on the next punt. When the share is suspended, then there is nothing you can do and you are at the whim of the CEO or BoD. In this case the main investment has been illiquid for two years and the small 'off spring' has been illiquid for 10 months. In that time the opportunity cost for shareholders has been the forgone opportunities; even 10 months takes its toll. In Mixi's case he is probably safest in an illiquid stock, however dodgy.

LOL. "Snake oil" is an apt description. Perhaps shark oil would also be another good description bearing in mind "share_shark" swallowed whole the fanciful story behind it hook, line and sinker!

Pappy - would that in fact be "snake oil" - sold by the world's best "snake oil salesperson"?
You will probably find it with the DRC mining permits, various Chinese mines, coal imports, thousands of employees, books on Faberge, cash coming from various sources, that are the product of a "vivid imagination or fraud"!! lol

EF, I agree re Fatboy you should assume nothing until you have seen irrefutable third party evidence.

Fatboy should never be allowed to list/relist any company on any market until it has been independently explained what has happened to the assets of the delisted company CICC. Frankly it is a 'kin disgrace that it is still a matter of conversation on these BBs.

Diddy - You forget that we have never seen any proof he has ever been a miner, or that any of the mines he goes on about ever existed in the first place - they seem to be either mirages or are "the result of a vivid imagination" (or something like that according to the magistrate) lol!!!!
According to 'the old lady, who must be obeyed', he was selling electronic goods for the Japanese when he was a nipper - so perhaps with his 'word blindness', he was just a MINOR?!!! lol

"pyrrhic victory" - now, now Diddy, you will have Mixi & Stewpid reaching for their encyclopedias & Stewpid will have to get someone to explain it all to him!!! lol
To save time:
"A Pyrrhic victory is a victory that inflicts such a devastating toll on the victor that it is tantamount to defeat. Someone who wins a Pyrrhic victory has been victorious in some way. However, the heavy toll negates any sense of achievement or profit."
Just about sums up Stewpids various attempts at achieving his dreams on the global stage, UNLESS OF COURSE, THAT THE AUSTRALIAN MAGISTRATE WAS RIGHT & HE IS FRAUDSTER!!

Paps,

It is worth posting the Globe and Mail article that was referred to on the deluded board:

hxxp://www.theglobeandmail.com/report-on-business/the-number-of-canadian-listed-companies-that-operate-in-remote-countries-has-soared-so-has-the-challenge-of-regulating-them/article18140487/

Time for a sweep stake on which exchange Fatboy will switch to! Mixi will no doubt be back then to claim yet another pyrrhic victory when that happens.

RE: Re: HistoryToday 10:18It would have helped Fatboy if he had sued the paper and won. The article is damning and by not successfully suing, Fatboy has left readers come to their own opinions. on the 'facts'.

Has anyone tried to follow the audit trail of the assets mentioned at the end of the article?

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

It's coming up for ELEVEN months since CICG was suspended pending, for what on the face of it, is apparently a straightforward RTO. Why has it taken ELEVEN months to complete an apparently straightforward RTO? A straightforward RTO that other companies complete in much less than 6 months. It would be interesting to know why it has taken so long.

Unfortunately there are TRUE BELIEVERS posting on the lse CICG bb, rather like those posting on the lse WRN bb, who are not swayed by the facts and the background and history of the Directors involved in these two companies. They are like flat Earthers; they just wont face up to the facts and the histories of the people involved.

Mixi, history is on my side, and I think that I will be right again on the CICC stable. CICC is a litany of the unexplained and the unfulfilled. Unless fatboy can pull something so far undisclosed out of a back pocket, the hearsay emanating from CICC on CICF was embarrassing. You were 'promissed' a superfuel in CICF. There is no evidence of a superfuel, if there was, there is no evidence of IP ownership, and it appears to be a company without reserves. Remember the 'contractual' share sales that
were unenforcable, the bank accounts that could not be opened, the accounts that have not been filed, the share placements that have not been disclosed (other than allegedly in the company offices in China.) And on offices, the leased Mayfair offices that aren't, and those offices on Tiananmen Square that are not. The failure of the company to hang on to a single NOMAD, the delisting of CICC two years ago, the delisting of CICG 10 months ago. The complete lack of any reputable and reliable information from the various companies. You are the equivalent of an Australian Boy Scout and you are clutching at straws if you think that you will ever see any material recovery from this dog.

At this moment in time whatever money goulding1215 invested in CICC/CICG is currently worth a BIG FAT ZERO! That is the only fact that matters. goulding1215 is hoping to see first CICG and then other companies in the Stuart Bromley stable (whatever they are now called) to list on a recognised stock exchange. He is hoping that he will ultimately make a profit on his investment. Will he? I very much doubt it. I suspect he will lose most of his investment. We will see. I think goulding1215 is a gullible fantasist; he thinks he's a shrewd investor. We shall see who turns out to be correct.

PS. Many thanks for the info on IME, GENISES.

For your information, dopey, a private company, such as CICC, has no obligation to post its results, until listed. They will have to be posted prior to or at listing. You have been going about the results for the last 2 years. What a wasted effort. Plonker.

For the avoidance of doubt Mixi, CICC at 31 Jan 2014 was a publicly quoted company registered in Canada. What Fatboy has done since to obfuscate the audit trail from one company to another is for shareholders to work out. Your starting position remains the former CICC. What were the assets and how have they been hived up?

Guessing only but the assets might look a little meagre when you get stuck into the audit trail.

Mixi - if you could find your brain amongst the 'pea soup', you would have considered why Stewpid lost his NOMAD, lost his court case, lost the expensive AIM listing (paid for dearly by shareholders) & no longer has the obligation to publish results - coz if he did, the game would be up, even to pea brains like yourself?!!!!!!!!!!!
Of course, you should know by now, that scams only occur if they can find the 'pea brains' to scam!!!!!!!! Resemble that remark eh lad?!!!!!!!!!!

Mixi I think that you are a bit defensive these days. You need to get out and sell the Company. Perhaps you could rally the troops by wasting some more money on a phonecall to China. There is nothing like a bit of hearsay to hearten the gullible. Eh Mixi?
