Some spiel from the video a few months ago;

"Stuart is a director of CIC Gold purely from a market point of view as a lot
of the people - a lot of the targets we're after, know Stuart and have worked
with him over the years on several of the projects. He's sitting there really
as part of the face of CIC Gold but when it come to decision-making he's only
one of a board of six"

The admission doc shows only five directors. Is Mr Bromley a shadow director?
Was that done so in upcoming deals they can issue stock to a target company's
selling shareholders, being Bromley & chums, without it being a related party?

Let them take over the asylum and see what happens:

AM unvrkw 'so what value do you need to have to be in the ftse 350, is there a minimum?'

The Group, subject to confirmation of SB statements in a full set of Financial Statements, has never made a profit - losses only, so let us stop dreaming about FTSE 350! AM unkrvw, if I were you I would be grateful if the company demonstrates solvency.

Only five mistakes in todays announcement, not bad for a CIC release

wrong date at the top
"There is no guarantee approval of the prospectus."
"according to Canadian Policy 51-210" (should be 51-201)
"the LSE Specialty Fund Market" (Specialist Fund Market)
"The loan notes converted to 28,750 shares" (28,750,000)

slowfast, you will see that I am on record for frequently stating that a listing is a bureaucratic start line. Frankly there is no justification for the current price given SB's track record. I will tell you whether I have changed my view in 3 or 4 years time.

Will SB have to resign all his posts to get all the various companies listed?

snailspace - Nothing has changed concerning te Group either. CICG lists at 6p & apart from the lucky few, who could trade first thing, the rest are sitting on only 50% of the listing price after only a week!!!
Of course, it would only be about 0.6 of a penny (or less), if based on cash but i expect the 'cult members' have been spending their pocket money again?

Since when was +4% a big faller? Pointless making comments re the sp, on first listing, it will be volatile as MM's get to grips with it. Wait for the forthcoming news regarding assets, before judging the performance.
