24/6/2015 07:41 | Having looked further, CICG was listed in fact yesterday , first day dealings, currently at 3p (from the 6p listing price). Will have to see what is reversed into it in terms of obtaining value. At least there is opportunity to buy/sell rather than perpetual suspension , so positive.. | highly geared
24/6/2015 07:09 | Must have been Aymes m8, as he is the only one who would buy £5.85 worth of shares which probably cost him about a tenner in fees on top!!!!! lol | philfromfrance
23/6/2015 21:54 | Worth around £600 then, phil, based on todays CICG closing price? I saw that todays first trade this morning was a buy of 100 shares @ 5.85p!! | papillon
23/6/2015 21:41 | Depends on your holdng at the record date & how long you held them, not on how many you had when CICC was chucked out of AIM!!! For example, i have 19,224 CICG but only had 100,000 CICC when CICC was chucked out - however, i had more than that on the 6th June 2014 & that is the date that counted for the distribution!! | philfromfrance
23/6/2015 15:59 | Thanks sparty. I've just had a call from my broker to confirm the CICC Seychelles shares received in certificate form + the CIC Gold allocation in certificate form. Other allocations for CICF/Sino not yet available. The broker said neither CICC Seychelles or CICG on a listed exchange at the moment so not sure if tradeable..? All the best | highly geared
23/6/2015 15:29 | elaborate ..now listed and tradeable, just the bonus cicg shares.Ironically circa the old cicc share price . More to come and cicc will be more valuable, the "golden goose".. Cicf etc...to come ..all good. | sparty1
23/6/2015 15:20 | thanks phil So at most you would get 5% of your CICC holding ? so if you held 100,000 CICC you would get 5,000 CICG ? | ordb
23/6/2015 15:13 | 2) Client Company Distributions (distribution approved prior to Company being continued as a BC company) Second, the Company will carry out each of the distributions previously announced of shares in each of the Client Companies to each Shareholder on its register on the record date of 6 June 2014. The terms of the distribution, as set out in the announcement of 2 June 2014, are that each Shareholder on the record date will receive an in specie dividend of a number of shares in the relevant Client Company that is the result of multiplying its shareholding at that date by the relevant percentage set out in the Table 1 below, depending on the time the relevant shares have been held: Table 1 Time held Gold Fuels Coal Sino 2 years or more 5% 2% 5% 2% 1 year or less 2% 1% 2% 1% Total shares distributed 3,029,118 1,514,559 3,029,118 1,514,559 | philfromfrance
23/6/2015 13:57 | what was the ratio of CICG stock distributed to CICC shareholders ? | ordb
23/6/2015 13:13 | Would that be short, stout, toxic & always a 'looser'? lol | philfromfrance
23/6/2015 11:40 | 50% down so far.... on it's listing day. Wonderful debut. The market loves the oft touted "Bromley model" | soul limbo
23/6/2015 11:09 | LOL, polo77. Early days, polo77. It appears that PIGS CAN FLY, but how far and for how long is the question? If history is anything to go by it's never very long before they come crashing back down to earth. CICG is not a share I would buy, polo77. I don't buy shares with a circa £4m Mkt Cap, but with no assets apart from £375k of cash and the hope of future acquisitions. I don't buy cash shells where the Mkt Cap is approximately 10 times the value of it's cash. I saw a lot of them floated during the dot com boom of around 15 years ago; none survived and prospered. However best of luck, buddy, with your investment. | papillon
23/6/2015 10:52 | Don't eat all your humble pie at once you guys. You would not want to choke, would you !! I have ordered more pie for you. | polo77
23/6/2015 10:34 | Sparty Could you elaborate? Must admit, I'd written this off in the absence of news but never say never... | highly geared
23/6/2015 10:13 | Really? Anything I get out of this will be a bonus! | homeboy35
23/6/2015 09:59 | lol... Running out of ideas..bring on the next listing.. :) | sparty1
23/6/2015 09:55 | So CICG listed now ...must be terribly disappointing for the trolls. :( | sparty1
23/6/2015 09:47 | Go away for a few days and look what happens. Presumably the tactic here is that a company associated with 'CICC' has been listed; now list the others. So one subsidiary has now got to the start line. It has a small amount of cash and it has not traded. Crudely the company has c 1p of assets per share, discount that by 50%, say, gives you an asset value of 0.5p per share. Any market value above that represents the value that the company employees add to the group. Historically this bunch have added no value, ergo the market should drop it below 1p fairly quickly; note the market. The easy way to get the share price moving is to do some work. Let us see what they can do. | the diddymen
23/6/2015 08:30 | To Papillon and fellow idiots. A big slice of humble pie is in order !!!!!!!!!! | popples
23/6/2015 08:11 | dropped like a stone.. 2.75p - 3.75p | soul limbo
23/6/2015 07:36 | We have listed & now we are listing!!!!!!!lol How soon before the previous assets are added to the mix, in some sort of fanfare, as if they had never existed before - or do they? | philfromfrance
23/6/2015 07:28 | initial quote was 4.5 - 6 15k was dumped and it falls to 3p - 4.5p | soul limbo
23/6/2015 07:21 | I WAS WRONG!! PIGS CAN FLY!! LOL. | papillon |
