Not objecting to anyone making money just to people like you (a new name since 14th April 2016 - oh, wait a minute that is today) who are so clever to buy at the bottom, sell at the top and then talk half truths to try to frighten others into selling which would depress the share price Now why are you still here posting if you have sold out? It certainly isn't for any benign reason I suspect. Obviously a fantasy trader with some sort of malignant agenda. Who is paying you to spout this bile?

Lily you are quoting uncitral, this is icsid, a slightly lower tier of tribunal with very different standards. No appeal, for certain.

e) that the award has failed to state the reasons on which it is based

The above could be the contention part. An Aim company asking for $1.32bn settlement based on what? Based on some analysis

“Either party may request annulment of the award by an application in writing
addressed to the Secretary-General on one or more of the following grounds:
a) that the Tribunal was not properly constituted;
b) that the Tribunal has manifestly exceeded its powers;
c) that there was corruption on the part of a member of the Tribunal;
d) that there has been a serious departure from a fundamental rule of
procedure; or
e) that the award has failed to state the reasons on which it is based

Geordie

are you saying only and your friends are entitled to make money or can make serious profit? Nobody else can make a profit.

Ok let's terminology right.

Annulment, will that suffice now? Yes any outcome/ verdict can be annulled.

Look at this chart and anyone can see it's pointing down. This is normal for any shares, a retrace is healthy, but where will it stop? 16p or 15p?

Hi Stephen

Very untrue, it's not final and you need to remember even if they do not pay, only a court can force them. That means the high court and CHL does not have that kind of money to do battle.

It's the rampers like Falia and Kirk2 that destroy good shares. Look how many new posters were posting last night. I knew I had to run in the morning and you can imagine my surprise to see I could sell in the massive spike. It's a shame, they ramped during the day and now punters are hemorrhaging money

Organised pump and dump. These people are shameless.

Funny how all these people come on here to try and sow the seeds of doubt. MM's are desperate to get your shares. Don't make it easy for them.

When a company agrees to go down the icsid route they sign a contract to follow all instructions, and they also agree to abide by the tribunals decision and further understand that there is no appeal against the final judgement.
