It's a bit like not seeing Clark Kent and Superman together. On the day the share price goes up by 80%, Bad Robot is mysteriously absent from this board. But the next day when, ignoring the initial spike nothing much has happened, he is back.

This will no doubt incur some witty response from him such as the hilarious pun on my user name that he uses. What a guy !

Patviera - it could just be delaying tactics hoping CHL run out of money but as the RNS stated the ROI legal team have gone completely silent for the last 2 months which is strange.

There's no point speculating what they are doing but they have until next Wednesday to respond. In the meantime the adverse publicity they have attracted does nothing for their international credibility and foreign investment policies. In fact they look and act like a complete set of muppets.

the visit from the Indo president next week could be co-incidental but you never know. Could be a perfect way to bury some bad news by signing numerous lucrative trade deals at the same time.
