THERE HAS BEEN NO MENTION OF A PLACING IN TODAYS RNS

The rns today says about removing preemtive rights.
I would guess the 15% is over the years with warrant holders and the major shareholders have pre=emtive rights to keep their position the same.

There has been some complaining here about private investors not being able to take part.in a placing or rights issue ?
Well if these preemptive rights are removed then hey ho !

If we win the forgery case and ROI have thrown in the towel we would probably need another 1 but it should be at a much higher price and it looks like there maybe a possibility of us taking part ?

FlyingC - the 31p was reference to a jump from 24- 31p for a few mins, I was trying to contain my excitement!

It's been a few years on some days with no trades or movement, so it's quite refreshing.

re the refusal to pay just as the drafting of the ruling approaches- maybe it didnt like what it read so decided to sabotage proceedings again? a bit like the office fire, or the saga with the forestry permits ( remember that one?), or the office raid to destroy documents, clearly someone doesnt like it when things dont go their way

No offence is intended - I'm sure the description of "trader" doesn't apply to you.

When D Quinlivin was asked about any negotiations at the Dec 2015 Meeting he said there have been no such discussions with ROI.

Some people make me laugh,come for a quick visit and ask questions about the rns which was there for all to read.
As soon as you answer 1 the next asks.
This morning before market opened I googled pre-emtive shares and pasted my findings.
6 posts later somebody asks what they were ?
I think its disrespectful not to read other peoples posts but just selfishly ask and expect folkto take time out to annswer them.

And then when they start telling us what price they are going to reach and what the market will and wont pay my hair stands on end !!!

I know which posters come for 2 weeks at a time and g/l to them but dont treat us like idiots.
I said yesterday I had a good who would be gone by end of day lol even if it took till this morning !

From yesterday's RNS...........On 11 February 2016, ICSID issued a request for payment to both Churchill and Indonesia seeking the sum of US$200,000 from each party as the fifth advance payment of ICSID's fees and expenses. ICSID advised that the funds requested were for "fees in connection with the Tribunal's further deliberations and drafting of its upcoming ruling" - meaning the upcoming ruling on Indonesia's Forgery Dismissal Application of 24 September 2014.So they were preparing the draft of its ruling in February. Maybe the ROI and Churchill were given hints at what it would contain and as a result the ROI withdrew from the procedure?Whatever the reason, the tribunal have had two months to prepare the draft, so maybe we won't have too long to wait.
