Watch it drop again after Indonesia make late payment.If today's news was as significant as it first sounds, or as some of these highly speculative comments make it appear, then you would be at a lot more than 18p.The market knows it's not as relevant as the pumpers are trying to make it.

It's worth remembering that ROI have spat in the face of ICSID on two clear occasions already. That's never the best of policies if you want to persuade a decision making body to find in your favour at the end of a case.

First they said that ICSID didn't have jurisdiction to hear the case. ROI lost that one.

Second they raided CHL's Jakarta offices for documents while an ICSID hearing was ongoing and bypassed the ICSID rules on document recovery. ICSID can't do anything regarding that, but such slights don't go unnoticed.

And now this. It looks like three strikes and they are out....

Even if ROI manage to crawl back into the process their card is likely to be marked - so at the very least our prospects improve further. It all bodes well for a massively increased share price once the news filters out and the market digests it.
