13/4/2016 12:59 | ireminisces 13 Apr'16 - 12:47 - 2118 of 2123 0 0 Question: If ROI do not pay within the timeframe then can one explain how do CC/CHL get the money out of them? Surely it would have to be David Cameron.. Hi ireminisces. It's a good question. And there is a favourable answer for CHL shareholders. If ICSID find against a party then the judgement can be enforced against the assets of the losing party in ICSID signatory states. And the enforcement processes are through the local courts, so ROI don't get a say. It might take a while and be messy, and ROI might short circuit it by settling, but either way if judgement is granted in our favour CHL are quids in, and the share price will in all likelihood rocket to the moon. First things first though - we need the decision in our favour, But if we do then don't worry about getting ROI to pay - it isn't voluntary. FC | flyingc

13/4/2016 12:51 | Next Wednesday is now a big day for CHL. If ROI don't explain themselves and cough up then we've effectively won. Judgement will follow and the lawyers will all get rich enforcing it against ROI's assets in the UK and elsewhere in countries where ICSID jurisdiction applies. And the good news is that CHL shareholders get rich with them, as the sums coming our way will be substantial. At worst ROI cough up and come crawling back in, but even then they look beaten and disgraced. And the odds on a win in the forgery stage now look good for CHL, which in turn would mean a substantial rerating upwards. ROI clearly have no confidence in their case. Exciting times ahead. GLA FC PS BlackSS - I have no doubt you are still reading the thread. Go on - you know you want to..... | flyingc
