Coley dont think so.

We only went under 26 because of placing.
Then we went lower as some suggested presentation was to raise money.
In contrast we were told we have enough cash .

As far as how long to wait its as long as a peice of sting but probably by June.
I always thought Jan the earliest.

The rerating IF/WHEN announced that we have won this round will be massive and will not be overnight.

I guess we will build a platform or springboard while waiting as some prefer to get in early and wait.

It would be in their best interests to get this settled and take back the multi billion tonne asset (that CHL discovered and proved up)) that can generate to $1bn pa for 25 years!

I'm sure its been discussed many times on here before, but if the ROI were intending to pay out soon (ether the full amout or a negotiated settlement) it would be in their interests to build a big holding in CHL in order to recoup some of their costs.

Pembury good post.

If the new President could take it back and nationalise for the people to benefit that would be great.
However Nusantra [Prawobo the largest share holder] are laying their claim too.

When Prawobo ran for President Noor was promised he could be Vice President.
Luckily Prawobo didnt win even though he was a bad loser and protested.
[note where the worm turns ! ]

The new President does not have a majority and has to constantly battle with the old regime.

It looks like Noor is a loser all round and unable to show his face.

I think many want to get in before the news but all hoping to do so cheap and at the best price.
Personally I think the best price has been seen.

Agree, amazed that although they are quite obviously/ evidently the guilty party they have not just dealt with this- paid CHL off, taken back a 'world class' asset, started to exploit it and put out a signal to foreign investors (which they desperately need) that ROI is changing and can be 'trusted'.

Would have made sense to do this with new incoming president, but no it's ROI
