From what I read, shares can still be traded after the privatisation? How can those of us holding shares with Selftrade, etc., vote? Just wonder though if all the other shareholders are going to go along with this!

Well the news of the going private was expected but the extremely bad sales for last year comes as a shock. Sounds like they are doing really badly sales wise. Does anyone know how this is going to impact those of us, probably most of us, holding shares with Selftrade and other brokers?

This is more or less what the co. told me between the lines when I phoned months ago. The guy I spoke to said there would be no trading statement because the auditors didn't know if it was wise or not. He couldn't have been more frank about it, can't imagine how anyone who's been in touch with the co, could have thought they were doing well. Pump and dump special this one.

LOWRDR - you have a point there but if any canny punter takes a long hard look at what's happened over the last few days, he/she would realise that this share price could go a lot lot higher with very little buying interest.

i know i dont really know this share but f you get a rise like you have its always best to take profits while you can. the company has said they know of no reason for the rise so you should close out and take your profits then if the company do release an rns then buy back in. after all the greedy man gets nothing. Well looks like the rise is taking a bit of a breather. We've all been left a bit breathless by what's happened over the last few days. Let's really hope that the company supports the recovery by issuing some news as promised.

It is one of the new products promised at the announcement of the interims,which were released on the 26th of September.

Do you know anything about these new products they have promised? I have looked at the various products on there website and can see the I-lipo, can you tell me how new this is and what date they launched? If you know that is?

I can tell you all that I personally spoke with the MD today. Although of course he didn't say anything that you could actually put your finger on, I got the distinct impression that something is going on behind the scenes. All IMO, DYOR

Very interesting, isn't it - that the MM's are willing to jack up the price so much? Quite obvious IMHO that this share has been horribly undervalued!
