I held with Hargreaves Lansdown and they let me keep them in my account, but I don't know if they'll let you transfer in new ones.

The 'Investor Relations' tab on the website has been disabled. That's not too good - they do still have investors. All they needed to do was take the AIM data off.

Does anyone here have certificated shares? If so, it would be greatly appreciated if details of any communication from the company could be posted here. There's a danger nominees won't bother passing on info.

Me too. Fingers crossed. Will try and hold for +- 5 years to see what happens.

Wish I hadn't bought them now though. I have discovered a list of stocks trading at half of net cash !!

Halifax also did the right thing today. Both divi and tender money through.

With over 150% gains here, the summer buying season should be fun this year, even after I buy the new car. :-)

Calahan - They were only sending out payments today and Barclays normally take several days to update received payments.
However, I note that SelfTrade, who are normally fastest in my experience, have indeed credited both Tender receipt and the 5p dividend today.
