No it's means the government are now free to sign contracts to advance the economy. The dispute held up contract signing. Basically 1 month behind.

I'm trying to get my head round the relevance here. How does the court decision benefit CNEL? Is it linked to the election & if so, what is the implication to CNEL? Are the opposition against their proposed construction?

Not sure mate, this stock gets booted around about 4 times a year & can drop as quick as it rises. Traders love it & the RNS's when they could come, look good, but there's always a catch in the RNS about other contingent factors that impact on the RNS. I couldn't possibly guess where it's going, above 2p would be nice for the trades I did today though, but my SIPP holds many at around 2.8p average, so losing really!!
