I feel that the RNS' that were issued on 20th and 22nd June gives the answer.
Nicholas Gold reducing stake, probably bought in the placing and passed on to a willing buyer, possibly through a Spread bet. Maybe just taking a trading turn before the Referendum and holding still a few for the future.

cheers annon Makes sense. I always thought it strange to say 'unamed' institutional investor. Perhaps they should have said unamed Institutional 'Trader'?

That placing has long been worked into the market. Load of bolx the wording "institutional investor" they flipped them as soon as they got them !

I do not think there is a seller, this flows all buys to all sales daily, a lot of hot money playing the stock ahead of a expected Rns before month is out.
So the gamble is the Rns comes before Thursday and the price shoots up or it does
not there is a delay and the price goes lower.
Still no reason to think there will not be a good rns but this is Aim and best to only play with money here you can afford to lose.

Very good performance and points to better things in the future. Even the Sheriff has been quiet on the AIM market. Although I do agree with his stance on BREXIT and that's a first in the last couple of years.

Your comment will apply to every stock and thread on every bulletin board.
What is wrong with guessing what might happen. Nobody possesses a crystal ball
to know exactly what will happen so we have to guess/estimate.

Cannot see it putting off anybody. If the boss of the company is telling the
truth there is a big Rns coming in the next 7 days which should do the share price
well.

Go on guys, talk it up. Do you ever not stop to think you just might be putting off new investors with guesstimates of what the share is going to do? Puts me off, just comment when you've something newsworthy FFS.

Cnel: strong buySpreadex ltd are gone. The large trades since 15/6 equal the 17499480 less 1.3m which I can't pinpoint but if they sold over 35m I can't see them keeping hold of such a small amount.I should imagine most of the placing shares have now been bought up.Only 4 sessions left until the 29th which is when, (if the Rns hasn't landed), the real buying pressure will happen.If the share price was going to drop back it already would have after the placing shares were dumped. I think the mm's have actually been quite kind by allowing the placing shares to be sold at a profit, which leads me to believe they are expecting a big surge in volume in coming days.Everything is looking Rosie and I'm looking forward to the coming sessions.Good night all!
