30% is a heavy discount IF the contract is just about to be signed, plus costs.

If the contract is so easily in the bag, why have the places got this at a large discount to the closing price? That implies an element of risk to me, as the places insist on a deep discount to reflect this potential risk? I'm not at all happy with this today.

This will take off long before contract is signed. My guess starting from Monday onwards people will start taking a position here and await the big rise coming

Sunbird Bioenergy Africa Limited ("Sunbird"), the company's partner in Sub-Sharan Africa has reported that the transaction in Zambia remains on schedule with the expectation that the IPPA will be signed in the month of June.Just wait till 30/06/16!

Todays share issue is just working capital not project finance, there will be a huge discounted share issue IF all those Zambian milestones are met. Obviously the rampers do not want you to think about this.

Bandflex 100% right on the fundraising. I got suspicious they were negotiating on that when they released the "stop the price rise" RNS last week. Sold all 500k holding yesterday, will look for a lower entry point in the coming weeks.

Tidy2 can you provide evidence of your fantasy grant...no you can't.

Aimmafia you should do basic research on the difference between an MOU and a legal contract, they are not the same thing.

A contract is legally binding, an MOU is non-legal marketing tool for a company looking to raise bucket loads of money.

Richard Bennett is director of both companies..... Sunbird use cnel to manage the projects.Why on earth would cnel release an Rns if they wasn't involved

Tidy2 you need to read and understand what you have posted. The ippa is with Sunbird not CNEL. Their is not yet a contract between the two.

And from the original 4 DEC MOU RNS -

"Commencement of development for each plant will also be subject to raising the necessary project finance ("Financial Closure"). At this stage, subject to Financial Closure, construction is estimated to start in 2016 and commercial operations in late 2017."

So no financial closure yet, i.e a placing to raise the money.
