Change of Name
China Africa Resources plc (LON:CAF) the AIM listed natural resource exploration and development company, announces that at the General Meeting held yesterday the Special Resolution, as set out in the circular posted to shareholders on 2 March 2017, to change the Company's name to Pembridge Resources Plc was duly passed.
Despite this, the formal change of name, and epic code, has been temporarily delayed due to minor technical legal issues. The Company will continue to carry on business using the trading name "Pembridge Resources" in the interim and until such time as the technical issues have been resolved. A further announcement will be made in due course.
