I don't really see how any of the US delays could affect CHG, it's only non essential staff that are not working but I suppose if you can't find anything else to blame the drop on you might as well use that. Personally I think it may be something more about the company we don't yet know? Quite happy for it to drop as I'm in again at anything below 260p

Ah ! Still the US shutdown then...

Telegraph

Those companies at risk of losing business from the US closure were under pressure. Among them was technology conglomerate Smiths Group, off 37p to £13.82. RBC Capital Markets analyst Andrew Carter said in a note published late on Tuesday that Smiths' medical business may be hurt by unpaid leave taken by staff at the US Health & Human Services Agency, because their absence could affect the winter flu jab programme.

No , it`s going to be a slow old grind here by the look of it .

Lack of any news (trading update usually middle of november) and deadlock with that US budget doesn`t bode well short term.

Good management team though :-)

I noticed that one of Mark Slater's funds recently sold out its stake here. I've been watching to buy in, but it just can't seem to get over 320.

How can that Liberium target price be a hold? 'Hold these and lose 15% of your money?' Yes sure, thanks for the tip. There must be some logic to a 'hold' rating with a target price below the current price, but I cant see it myself.

Monday, September 09, 2013 | Business Wire

NIITEK®, Inc., a subsidiary of the Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring"), and now Chemring Sensors & Electronic Systems (CSES), has announced that the Turkish Army has made a purchase of the two-operator Husky Mine Detection System (HMDS) to lead its route clearance patrols and provide minefield clearance capability. The NIITEK® HMDS is a multi-panel high-performance Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) system which functions on manned, blast resistant vehicles that provide rapid ability to scope out anti-vehicular landmines and other explosive hazards on main supply routes and additional open areas as needed.

This is Turkey's first acquisition of the HMDS and represents a critical enhancement in the mine and Improvised Explosive Device (IED) detection, interrogation, and clearance capabilities for the Turkish military. The NIITEK® Ground Penetrating Radar is now in use with the U.S., Canadian, Australian, and Spanish Militaries.
