Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company, acquired 10,989 Ordinary 
Shares in the Company at 273p per share on 20 April 2016. 
 
Following this announcement, Mark Keogh and his connected persons holds a total 
of 27,938 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.04% of the total voting rights of 
the Company.
