Exercise of Sharesave Award

The Company announces that on 11 January 2016, Joe Roach, an Executive Director of the Company, exercised an option over 4,011 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (“Shares”) at £1.564499 per share under The Charles Taylor Consulting Sharesave Scheme 2007. Following the exercise, Joe Roach sold 1,204 Shares on 11 January 2016 at 255p per share.

Following this announcement Joe Roach and his connected persons hold a total of 214,912 Shares equivalent to 0.32% of the total voting rights of the Company.
