Further to the announcement made on 24 November 2016 regarding the proposed creation of an Employed Investment Managers Share Plan (the "Share Plan"), Charles Stanley Group PLC yesterday posted to shareholders a circular regarding the Share Plan and Notice of a General Meeting to be held at 10.00am on 21 December 2016 to seek shareholder approval for resolutions to approve the Share Plan and consequent amendments to the Group's Performance Share Plan and SAYE Plan.
