Looking back at my notes. All I really got was...it ain't easy to get these deals done and the team in charge aint very good. Personally, I think a deal has to be done. It will take longer than necessary and it wont be stellar. Coz the team aint any good. Suspect that BB is right...this drifts back to 10p. A deal gets done before the end of the year it spikes to 20p before profit taking drags it back a bit. Then it's anybody's guess...depends who the partner is.

For me the most significant factor is this company is full of con artists and has been for the last few years. This could easily be in single figures by end of this week. "Transformational discovery" eh ? Fkn disgusting.

Finch we appreciate your discretion as well as your account of what you learned.

For me the most significant factor is that despite leaks to others that news would come shortly there has been no news or public investor reassurance and in my experience no or late news usually means bad news. I gave them until the Monday of the AGM to clarify matters and since none was forthcoming I bailed out of my six figure holding.

Double B is pretty much right in everything he says. BUT... Chariot's reluctance to defend itself in respect of promises made at the cash raise tells me that they dare not say anything to upset delicate partnering negotiation. They are keeping quiet coz deep down they know they amateurs at this and one false move could collapse the house of cards. IMO an announcement is cmomng. But the deal won't be stellar coz the oiles they are in talks with hold all the aces. My target is still 20-25p.

A translation in layman's terms of the AGM...
Chariot the share selling marketing company actually stated on record that they haven't got the following -
No GSA
No financial backing
No FID
No proper institutional Investors
No program of works
No farm in partners
No takeover interest
No experienced project management team
No time lines for anything
No experienced negotiations team.
So over a 18 months since the transformational discovery... this is what chariot have spent nearly £40 million of diluting shareholders on ??
Absolutely Zero Achievement.
£40 million spend on sky high salaries & huge bod bonuses & plush surrounds..
What a fantastic Bod chariot have eh ?
It's criminal & they all need bringing to justice.
Is it any surprise investors are shying away from Aim & LSE when failures of this scale is allowed to continuously happen??.., while Directors Award themselves extortionate salaries
