Finchy..
Chariot are just a marketing company,
That constantly issue new shares & sell the illusion of being an energy company...
To do this they need a regular turnover of fresh meat (shareholders)
To feed the machine.
It's Business model is to keep issuing shares & keep taking the extortionate salaries & bonuses.
It will never ever extract any value from any of its so called 'Assets'
It will come to an end shortly..it always does..
But the current Bod will ride this Gravy train to at least 5 Billion shares if they are allowed to..then do a 10 to 1 consolidation...
And you might just get your 25p a share after that..
Be very careful of this money making marketing company with nothing to sell... except new shares of course.

BB, I'd bet my house on a material announcement at or around the time of the AGM. Simply because if AP and the Julian fella don't deliver on the statements they made during the cash raise, PC Plod will be feeling their collars and squeezing their balls for you can say 'Mind my Dior underpants officer'. The Julian fella might enjoy the latter. But seriously, they'll head off any trouble with a partner announcement. It wont be a mega deal. But it should push the share price up to 25p.

But maybe a better one would be if there's anything by law that could be done with fraudulent companies posing as Energy suppliers.. but not actually having any Energy to sell!!
And Raising tens of millions of cash from its shareholders without giving any explanation on where it's going and showing no results on Anything it's involved in??!
Don't you Agree that would be a Better Question??!

Any so called big news will be sold into so fast, that it will end up down at 4.30..
It's common knowledge in the city that a mega cash grab raise is coming very shortly @ 10p
I'd advise anyone not to be long in this share... the big cash for shareholders was made when the price went from 6p to 26p .
This will never ever be above 16p again..even on spectacular News...
Which ain't ever going to come..
It's just another Aim Dog managed by cowboys & conmen.
Take your money out.. while it's still an option.

The market Cap is way way overpriced @ £140 million...
Even with good news on farm in ect. It should still only be half of that.
Every bit of good news and some. Is priced in already!!
Like I say. Bod have spun too many yarns here..
I think the nomad will be forced to resign soon & shares will be suspended. Game over for shareholders.
Deals have already been done behind closed doors with the Bod & whoever.. it doesn't include shareholders..
Seen this pattern many times before.

The Sp is dictated by the book trades and is managed to suit the MMs. See the next one over 14p when they are ready.

These won't be able to replace the nomad...so it will be a private company & goodbye shareholders.
The Bod know exactly what they are doing here.. they know what's coming & it could be before the AGM so they don't need to face shareholders.

Chariot can confirm it has made an investment in 20 Rolex Alarm clocks ..
The CEO stated that BOD have been doing Absolutely nothing over the last 18 months & have been struggling getting out of bed in the morning..
He also noted that although the Bod are all millionaires & Don't really care about shareholders & have nothing to get out of bed for, it would be nice for them to hear some soothing Alarm tunes in the morning..
The CFO says the Alarm ⏰ clocks were purchased from mates of AP for a sum of £1 million pounds...a small block Admission raise for the investment will be required next week.

It seems inconceivable that they could go to an AGM without any progress report on the biggest opportunity in their portfolio especially as they have indicated that a report will be forthcoming.

I expect an announcement in the next two weeks but their timing of RNS s seems to be determined by the content.I do wish they would stick to 7.0am. Makes life a lot easier.
