I did read the link about the potential arbitration award and this makes two companies that I am invested in that have potential for large cash settlements hopefully this will land imminently

I only recently invested in Challenger Acquisitions after I had read an article on the New York Wheel.

I read all the RNS of the past two years and did a bit of research.

Some positives that I like.

1 Less than 22 million shares in issue

2 Mark Gustafson CEO has 1 million shares (4.57%)

3 Madison Capital Markets Court case dismissed RNS 25/0816

4 New York Wheel Project: our $3,000,000 investment for approximately 2% stake in this $590,000,000 project will be revenue producing soon after the opening in April 2018

The only slight disappointment is that the Giant Wheel in Jakarta has been pushed back a little due to the developer securing finance but I am confident that this will happen as our BOD are people who ‘deliver’;

Marvin, I believe the business is fundamentally sound. So why is the stock not popular?

The major issue of the last 12 months appears to have been the announcement of the delay for the New York wheel. I don't remember the exact detail, but my general recollection is that the opening was set back by about a year. A year's delay in a contract build that's only a couple of years or so to start with, smacks of very poor project management - or over-optimistic stakeholder communications. Either way, the share price has been punished.

The major issue as of today is the question of when the business behind the shares will start to produce a return for investors. Until it does, the only hope for shareholders is that the share price will rise in anticipation of future profits. Who wants to go first on that one?

I'm looking forward to investing here, I really am. But the trend is clearly down and I can't yet see the bottom.

Down again - it's hard to pick the entry point for a share on such a consistent downward slope.Thoughts anyone?

Huge recovery, if all goes to plan, happy holding from the lows for a long term trade.
