Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed on 13(th) July that Labro Investments Limited ("Labro") holds 121,798,037 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 each, representing 34.62% of the issued share capital of the Company, following purchases on 12(th) July of 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 16.475 pence per share, 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 16.50 pence per share, 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 16.70 pence per share and 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 17.1833 pence per share.

Martin Andersson (the Chairman of Chaarat) is indirectly beneficially interested in the majority of the shares in Labro.

In accordance with the announcement dated 11 July 2017, a further 433,622 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each may be acquired by the concert party within a period of three months from 12 July 2017 without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles of Association of the Company.
