Chaarat (AIM - CGH), the AIM quoted exploration and development company with assets in the Kyrgyz Republic, was informed on 28(th) April 2017 that as of that day Labro Investments Limited ("Labro") held 120,947,823 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 each, representing 34.38% of the issued share capital of the Company, following purchases on 27(th) April of 14,306 ordinary shares at a price of 22.75 pence per share and 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 23.124 pence per share.

Martin Andersson (the Chairman of Chaarat) is indirectly beneficially interested in the majority of the shares in Labro.

In accordance with the announcement dated 12 April 2017, a further 1,813,392 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each may be acquired by the concert party within a period of three months from 12 April 2017 without triggering a requirement to make a mandatory offer under the Articles of Association of the Company.
