Today 05:13Zorns1967Research0.43Strong BuyIntrigued by the exclusive mention of the "Anna adit" and its prospective uranium had a little dig and found this I'm wondering if we targeted this area for the initial 750mtrs if indeed we have commenced it ....initially clean up was required in the upper levels at minimal cost ... It's hard at the moment and I speculate on what's going on ...someone knows something and I'm trying to get ahead if the game as we all do ... Regards

Background to the man pulling the strings ...Alastair Raoul Clayton (aged 40), Chief Executive OfficerAlastair Clayton holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and is a geologist and mining executive with over 16 years' experience in the resource sector, having worked in Australia, Africa and Europe in both a technical and corporate capacity, and holding senior executive and board positions across a range of successful resource companies. Mr Clayton commenced his career as Senior Exploration Geologist with Eagle Mining in Western Australia before joining Anaconda Nickel Limited where he became Business Development Manager and in this capacity was a special adviser to the Board of Anglo-Base, the base metals division of Anglo-American in Johannesburg. It was in this role that Mr Clayton was extensively involved in the optimisation and construction of the Murrin Murrin nickel project in Western Australia. Between May 2006 and July 2009 Mr Clayton was the Chairman and then a Non-Executive Director of Bannerman Resources Limited, a uranium exploration company in Namibia. He was also previously a Director of South China Resources plc, now Universal Coal plc, an ASX listed company with South African thermal and coking coal reserves. Mr Clayton was also a nonexecutive director of ASX listed Extract Resources Limited, in this capacity, he represented the major shareholder, Kalahari Minerals plc. Both companies were sold to China Guangdong Nuclear Power Company for a combined cash consideration of over US$2.5 billion.Unbelievable the man is only 40yrs old ...

I believe from evaluating the information in the public domain that we will be receiving some sort of news in he following ..... The net proceeds of the Placing and Subscription are approximately £829,500, and will be primarily applied to the development of the Mitterberg Copper Exploration Licences. The Company has sufficient funds to complete an initial drill programme of 750m of drilling at the Mitterberg Copper Project and associated costs. Thus far we have only had one update on Mitterberg which was in relation to grab samples only and this in itself was pretty positive ... Do you think we have completed the 750mtrs of Diamond drilling ? Do you think the results if this may have been shown investors in the £200000 138% premium placing ? It's known that they wanted to complete 1400mtrs and that additional funding would be required to do this which obviously has now been secured ..!! For me I make the only reasonable conclusion to the speculation of why pay a premium and why terminate balamara minty project securing £416000 payback .... "The results of the 750mtrs diamond drilling most be pretty special " When will we the lowly pi find out is what I ask...the city and specialist mining investors obviously know something ;-) IMO take a position at these rock bottom prices. Regards to you all

What's even more ironic is that at 0.40p this is still overvalued. Fair value is 0.25p.

Nobody is falling for these pack of lies any longer. Isn't it ironic that the share price is now exactly the same as it was (0.375p) when they got suspended and cancelled as CHC three years ago.

The one consolation is that I believe the directors have got their own money tied up in this pile of poo.

Falling back now, reality setting in that despite the placing at 138% premium, these still seem "overvalued".....

LOL I fear anybody new to this stock may think today's news looks better than it really is.

Mind you, I'd love to know how they managed to get the placing away at 1p. Who's taking the stock at that price? PWhite, any ideas?

A placing at 1p per share is an interesting development as is the return of cash.
