31/5/2002 16:58 | Probably some overhang from the large scale dumping at the end of last tax year, about 2million sold with around1.3 million going to a safe home...I'd say trading has been slightly to the good of the buyers recently, and that there is about 300-400k of oustanding stock around (overhang). Cannot believe that there would be a large seller out there when all we here from all quarters is that targets are going to be met and that profitability has been met latter part of last year, to break even, stop cash burn and go from 400k turnover to about 10million, probably more when you take inot account colourflow and now all the software contributions. Laughing, long term, I'd say, just needs a bit of support now! Citywire reckon its worth around 20p now! | minuteman
31/5/2002 15:53 | It looks like there is currently a stock overhang or some very big sellers in the market. Any comments? | purple
31/5/2002 14:41 | Hi energyi Check the fundimentals and you will see! The 1000% refers to this curreent years profit over last year 28/2/2. Its a year play, more if you want bigger gains and is v. undervalued at the moment dyor and you will like what you see. | minuteman
31/5/2002 13:04 | I like the understatement in the title of this thread | energyi
30/5/2002 14:54 | i think GLG may well be worth looking at positive statement this morning with consistant buying all day - i believe it still has much further to rise IMHO | royalexile
30/5/2002 14:53 | Thanks Rangers, will check them out! | minuteman
30/5/2002 14:22 | Im holding CTL but check out EDP as well. Cash + properties around 15M. Market cap 11.5M. Reported a small loss last results but still paid a dividend. Looks a good bet for when markets improve. Also NCH which is valued at less than cash and has a very small cash burn | rangers99

23/5/2002 17:09 | Odd, is all I can say, unless, the 250k was a buy. T trade accumilated over the day early spread was 6.5p - 8p Either a collosall back scratch or just plain sell with an odd outcome. Oh, well, who's complaining, nice to hace a rise. {;-o))) | minuteman

22/5/2002 07:55 | I would say that they are not as substantial as they may sound. A good marketing plan to generate a buzz about the company. I do it a lot with my company, press releases to announce contract wins, they may be only for a few grand but it gets people thinking... and people like to be associated with winners. IMHO, will have a positive effect on future contract wins, whilst may not have effect on price. That said, we all know that a 50,000 buy or only £4 k can bump the price 1/2p - 1p. Any news is good news, lets just hope they come up with the results they have been promising, so we can look forward to the year ahead, with some big rises in store. Regards | minuteman
22/5/2002 07:31 | As we don't see an RNS for all these contract wins, are they not big enough to make a material affect on the share price? | aghumra
21/5/2002 17:45 | NEW CONTRACT! Copyman install "eprintinternet" into their web site and seem jolly happy about it too. Looks like Controlp core company may contribute some good returns into this current years accounts, as they keep stating. And if you missed it, latest CityWire article, which states CTL as being undervalued compared to its peers If thery hit 1 million profit (eps 2.5p)this time next year, it sits CTL on a forward pe of 2.91.... for a software / print company a ridiculous price imho. Put on a more reasonable pe of 12 or 15 we should have a price of pe12 = 30p pe15 = 37.5p Seems very cheap to me, we need the results to confirm progress then, it looks time to top up if everything is rosey ;-) | minuteman
17/5/2002 00:20 | Wierd MM shannanigins again today. Market down on no volume, then back up | minuteman |
