May be, just may be they got the wrong RNS sent out.......LOL!!!
They didn't really mean to say they know of no reason for the share price drop, may be they have darfted up the following RNS and sent out the worng one.
The correct RNS should be:
"We know of no reason for the delising"
Ha ha ha ...........£45m........£45m..........£45m..........why bother with AC,
if they spent £45m to buy a super computer, who will need AC?
The company doesn't has a clue when it will turn in a profit, even if it does eventually, how many long years it will take just to recoup the milions and millions and millions of shareholders money.........LOL!!!|
|hugepants: Yes theyve lost £13M since listing but they had already burned through £30M as a private company. The company has been run by clueless people with no idea.
Remember this scandalous "we know of no reason for the share price fall" RNS.
Thats when the share price was 12p. The FSA should actually investigate them over that because its so blatantly idiotic.|
|maysun: Is he Mr yes yes or he is actually Mr no no?
The answer is in the share chart.........LOL!!!
Share price was at 40.7p near end 2005, fell to current price 0.3p and looks like soon be delisted..........so he is neither Mr yes yes nor Mr no no, he is the incredible Mr fall fall.........LOL!!! Someone who is extremely lovely and of course best respected for the company performance........LOL!!!|
|hugepants: Results out. As you say Maysun market cap of £8M with cash of £2M. Surprised the share price has stayed at 3p. Clearspeed(CSD) looks a much better value play on accelereated computing as its at a significant discount to cash|
|hugepants: The management of this company live in a dream world. The "no reason for the share price fall" RNS a few months back looks silly now. Surely running out of cash is a valid reason for the share price drop.|
|hugepants: Some big trades going through at 5.25p which miles below the bid.
I bought some of these a few weeks back at 8p which was the mid-price. The reasons were the recent fund-raising at double curent price at 16p and the recent statement on the share price movement which implies trading is on track (whatever that means!). I also think that with 40M of trading losses there has obviously been a massive amount of cash thrown at developing the technology.
It is possible the markets CXA are targetting havent matured yet and hopefully worst case someone will buy the company.
Also with 3M cash at beginning of this year and assuming 4M costs and 50% margins it isnt totally unrealistic this could be enough for profitability. eg.
revenues 2007 = 4.5M, gross profit = 2.25M, Loss = 1.75M
revenues 2008 = 6M, gross proft = 3M, Loss = 1M
revenues 2009 = 8M, gross profit = 4M, Loss = sod all.
OK that may be pie in the sky based on previous results. I dont want to take a total loss so the next results are key. Also a promised update on 24th May.|
|hugepants: Heres the "why the hell is the share price so low!" RNS from yesterday
I think its so low because the company keeps losing lots and lots of money! There should be at least a year of cash remaining at least Id have thought (based on fixed costs of 4M and 50% margins)|
|wiganer: It seems to me that the share price for the first few months was kept artificially high due to the tight holdings in this one by its partner companies/instituional backers. Drift was inevitable at some point until profits are in sight.
So I agree with you jonwig, overpriced currently, but one to keep an eye on.|
|jonwig: Celoxica Holdings plc ('Celoxica' or 'the Company'), has noted the recent
movement in its share price and knows of no corporate reason for the recent
The Company announced in early July at its half year update that trading in the
period had progressed well and that it expected to report revenues of
approximately £2.4 million, in line with expectations.
The Company will update the market further at the time of its interim results
announcement on 13 September 2006.
My own first research had persuaded me that they were a bit over-priced at around 25p unless, that is, signs of profitability for 2007 could appear.|
